The Temple of Vitality was born from a vision of creating a retreat space where the soul finds peace, the body finds movement, and every guest feels at home.

Inspired by my late father’s unfulfilled dream of becoming a farmer, I moved here after his passing, determined to create a different kind of farm, a place that nurtures not crops, but vitality and well-being.

The Temple blends the tranquility of Japanese aesthetics with the warmth of a cozy home. It is a serene, welcoming environment, designed for people to reconnect with themselves and each other, surrounded by nature’s beauty. The retreat space provides the perfect atmosphere to rest, grow, and explore the wealth of vitality tools we offer.

DEAN BENNETT

Movement has always been at the heart of my journey. From competing at the Australian Championships in swimming to completing a degree in Exercise & Sports Science, I've immersed myself in the world of physical performance. I've had the privilege of working alongside world and Olympic athletes like Alexander Popov and Gennadi Touretski, observing firsthand the dedication required for greatness, even from the unique vantage point of the high jump bag at the Australian Institute of Sport.

Over 25 years, my career has taken me from the toughest corners of Australia, surrounded by bikies and hardened men, to the affluent streets of Chelsea, London. Through these contrasting worlds, I've learned that movement, health, and vitality are universal desires that connect us all.

In recent years, I've embraced the teachings of Alchemic Yoga—a unique blend of Gypsy Tantra, Aboriginal Elder wisdom, and Celtic practices. These teachings, passed down from ancient traditions, have become a core part of my philosophy, integrating the best of modern exercise science with the richness of ancient knowledge.

The Temple of Vitality is more than a retreat, it’s my home, my sanctuary. Now, I am fully devoted to nurturing this space, taking care of every detail to ensure it remains a haven of calm, comfort, and vitality. It is my mission to share this place with others, helping everyone who visits feel connected and cared for, just as I do every day.
